Villa Sol, Villa Gaia and Villa Shani are fully furnished holiday homes that are fully furnished to provide a comfortable stay.

 

The equipment includes: air conditioning and ceiling fans, washing machine, oven/hob, fridge freezer, juicer, coffee machine, toaster, bbq, sun loungers, hammock, roof terrace,secluded terrace/patio and WiFi internet.

The shared swimming pool is situated a 50m stroll through the gardens and olives. Whether you choose to bathe in the sun or shade it is a wonderful setting in which to while away time, or relax with a book.

Seabreeze holiday accommodation features 2 bedroom self catering holiday villas (each sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children) and one 3 bedroom, spacious villa (sleeps up to 8 guests)

They are nestled in a peaceful location amongst olive and fruit groves, with nothing to disturb the peace apart from the chirp of the morning birds or the ring of mid day cicadas. 

 

There are awesome sea views to enjoy from the veranda, swimming pool, and various points around the 2 acre grove. Only 1.5km between charming seaside villages of Methoni and Finikounda & 800m to the closest sandy beach. ( of which there are many within easy reach of the property)

 

You can enjoy al-fresco dining on a shaded veranda, perhaps cooked on the barbecue, whilst gazing down onto the azure waters of the Mediterranean. Laze in a hammock or by the pool. Enjoy a walk in nature, from outside the door, through the olive groves down to the beach or explore the quiet tracks leading inland for fantastic sweeping views of the countryside.

 

Villa Gaia, 2 bedroom house, sleeps 6

Our produce of organic seasonal vegetables, olive oil, olives, dried garden herbs, pesto, sumptious figs and tasty passion fruit (seasonal) and fresh eggs are available on request.

 

To aid in finding the balance between, relaxing in the house or around the grounds and pool, and exploring the attractions of the local area, we provide our personal guide booklet. With recommendations to: sites of interest, beaches and places of natural wonder to visit, local walks, and tavernas offering a traditional and authentic Greek menu.

We are happy to do some initial shopping for you to find in the house on arrival, just provide us with a list in advance.

 

 

 

 

Villa Shani, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8.

Villa Shani. An independant 3 bedroom artists house that can accommodate up to 8 people. The house is situated on a hillside overlooking the charming seaside village of Methoni. It location allows for superior panoramic views of the beautiful surrounding area.

 

Bedroom 1: double bed en-suite shower room. air-con,balcony.

Bedroom 2: double bed, air-con,balcony.

Bedroom 3: single bed and single sofa bed.air-con.

Large open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. Corner sofa that converts to a double sofa bed. Spacious double balcony with sea views, air-con.
